Pamela Zelasko, M.D.

Dr. Zelasko received her Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University and her Master’s degree in biology from Oakland University. She received her Medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 1993.

Dr. Zelasko is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Michigan Academy of Family Physicians, and is a Clinical Assistant Professor for Michigan State University’s College of Medicine.

Dr. Zelasko is a Medical Director for Answer Health, an organization of independent physicians, and her special interests include topics as varied as wellness, disease prevention, diabetes, and adolescent health.

She has two adult children and has enjoyed their participation in marching band through the years. Her personal interests include golfing, reading, music, Tigers baseball, and spending time with family.

Cindy Opolka, M.D.

Dr. Opolka received her Bachelor of Science degree from Albion College. She received her Medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed Family Practice Residency from Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan, in 1994.

Dr. Opolka is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the Michigan Academy of Family Physicians.

Her special interests are wellness and caring for families, especially newborns and the elderly.

Her personal interests include outdoor activities, music, travel, and spending time with her family.

Sydney Finn, PA-C

Sydney earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Grand Valley State University in 2024. She is passionate about providing compassionate and comprehensive care, Sydney has special interests in women’s health, pediatrics, and acute care visits.

Outside of work, Sydney is a proud pet parent to a rescue cat and a bird. In her free time, she enjoys fishing, building LEGO creations, restoring classic cars, and is a dedicated Star Wars enthusiast.

She is excited to be part of the West Michigan Family Health team and looks forward to building lasting relationships with our patients.

Emma has been the Practice Manager at WMFH since 2022, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently for both patients and staff. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys painting, exploring the outdoors, and attending concerts whenever she can. Emma is passionate about making a positive impact on the patient experience and is proud to be part of the West Michigan Family Health team.

Liz has been with WMFH for 5 years and is passionate about billing accuracy and believes in creating open communication with patients to help them better understand their healthcare and insurance. Liz enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, and her beloved dog and cat. She loves diamond painting and playing games on her Nintendo Switch. She is dedicated to making the billing process as smooth and transparent as possible and is always happy to assist patients with any questions they may have.

Annette has been with WMFH for 15 years. She has a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate approach, she plays a key role in ensuring our patients receive the best care possible. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren and her family, creating cherished memories. She also loves antiquing and relaxing at her family’s lake cabin. Annette is dedicated to making sure every patient feels heard and well taken care of.

Erin earned her associate degree in Medical Assisting from Davenport University in 2013 and has experience in infertility, pediatrics, and family practice. Erin resides in the Alto area with her husband, Kyle, and their two energetic boys who keep them on their toes. Erin enjoys camping, participating in sports, and spending quality time with family and friends. She also enjoys tending to the chickens, ducks, and geese on their farm. Erin is dedicated to providing exceptional care and ensuring that each patient feels comfortable and supported throughout their visit.

Hannah has 10 years of customer service experience, she is passionate about helping others and making people smile. She is always ready to brighten your day and ensure you have a great experience at WMFH. Outside of work, she loves spending time in nature and exploring the outdoors. At home, she keeps busy with her beloved pets—including a dog, a few cats, and even a couple of snakes! Laura has 7 years healthcare experience, she is passionate about helping others and ensuring patients feel cared for. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her spending time with her goofy German Shepherd, Ghost, and her cat, Mocha. Laura also loves playing video games with her boyfriend and friends, as well as diving into a good book—whether it’s an audiobook, eBook, or a classic paperback, she’ll devour it! She enjoys road trips up north to visit her dad and ride quads together.
