Appointments

We want your visit to feel smooth, stress‑free, and well supported. 

Scheduling Appointments

Patients can call our office at (616) 455-4114 to schedule routine visits, same‑day appointments, and follow‑ups. Our team will help you find a time that works well for your schedule and answer any questions you may have.

Before Your Visit

  • Review your symptoms, questions, or concerns
  • Bring your insurance card, photo ID, and a list of any current medications
  • Arrive 20 minutes to get checked in and update or complete any forms 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance. 

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice — or missed without notice — may be subject to a fee.

Telehealth Appointments

Telehealth visits are secure, convenient, and designed to support your care when an in‑office appointment isn’t required.

What You Need for Your Telehealth Visit

  • A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone
  • A reliable internet connection
  • A quiet, private space for your appointment
  • Your medications or medication list
  • Any recent home readings (blood pressure, glucose, weight, etc.)

Your free secure healow online portal gives you convenient, 24/7 access to your health information from any device. 

Through the portal, you can:

  • View lab and test results
  • Message our care team
  • Request prescription refills
  • Update personal information
  • Review visit summaries

Your health matters to us, even when our office is closed.

Contacting Our Office

For routine questions and non-urgent concerns, we encourage you to call our office at (616) 455-4114 during regular business hours. 

 

If you have a non‑emergency urgent medical concern outside of regular business hours, you can still call our main office number. A message will guide you on how to reach the on‑call provider or nurse triage service (if applicable). They can help you decide whether your concern can safely wait until the next business day or if you need more immediate care.
